Miracles still do Happen!

This week we had some awesome miracles! We are teaching a few people that are truly on FIRE!!!!! First off we have megan. we taught megan this week about restored truths and how we can truly come to know what and if This church is true! we talked about how it all weighs on the Book of Mormon. She said that she had tried to pray about it but that she felt like she had not gotten an answer. So we decdided to have her pray right there and then have her wait and try to recognize the feelings and thoughts that came to her head after she prayed. She then prayed, asked if the book of mormon what true, and then she waited... About a min later me and Elder Johnson looked up and she had tears in her Eyes!!!!! the spirit was so strong! It was amazing! we asked her what she was feeling and she said it was something that she couldnt describe! it was an awesome experience! There are many more that i will share next week! But i hope that you all know that the Power of prayer is really!  That the spirit can softens even the hardest hearts! We just have to Pray and if it is God's will then it will all work out i love you all and i invite you all to pray for someone that there heart will be softened this week and you go about your dailey schedules, and that they will soften their hearts enough to hear or the feel the spirit in what ever sapacity it may be! love you all and i can Promise in the Name and Jesus Christ that Peoples hearts will be soften because of your faith and your willingness to pray for them!

Spring is Finally Here!

Hey everyone this week was a pretty great week! we did a lot of finding on campus and talked to quite a few people! We are teaching some awesome people that are truly prepared and or progressing! first we have blake and daniel! they are sweet they have been to church the past 2 weeks and are loving it! They really enjoy the meetings! Blake loves family history and the temples! they both know that it is true but they are moving back to home for the summer so we will have to teach them over facebook and have the missionaries back home get in contact with them!
Then we have megan! meagan is sweet see hasn't been to church but see has been to institute quite a few times and really loves it this past week she told me that this was true! She really is ready but she is unsure of giving up some other things so please pray for her! then we have tim he is super sweet he is very considerate of what he is getting himself into and is truly searching! he wasn't able to make it to church cause he had a wake board competition down in Tennessee so hopefully this week he can make it! We also found two new really awesome people this week! one was john we pc'd into him and asked if we could meet right then and he said yes! we had a grea trestoration lesson with him! he was asking questions like if there was a living prophet and how we could find that one true church of Christ! we answered his question then were able to commit him to May 28th so hopefully he will make that date! then we meet sarah she was studying on the grass on campus and we talked with her about why she thought God created us! she said im not sure but i do believe that we all lived with God before we came here and that we are all trying to get back to him it was awesome we asked if she had 30 mins and she said yes so we sat down on the grass and taught here right there! she is truly prepared! she just asked amazing questions the whole time! This week was truly a testimony of that we are all where we need to be at that very moment in time! I know that as we put of the natural man and follow the enticings of the Holy Spirit we will become saints through the Atonement of Jesus Christ! (Mosiah 3:19). And as we become teachable, coach-able, submissive and meek to our Heavenly Fathers will we will be able to reach our full potential of what God wants us to become! i love you all and i invite you to Follow every prompting of The Spirit that you get that you may be purified and sanctified from all unhappiness in our lives! (Helaman 3:35)
Love you all

Michigan Weather Sucks!!!

Hey Everyone this week was a pretty good week! we went to lansing on tuesday for some training. It was really good i learned a lot of things about the difference of just doing something and becoming something! we taught our investigator nathan this week he was suppose to be getting baptized next week but at the point in time has decide not to because of his fiance who wants to look at other churches. the day before he decide to do this we had taught him and gave him a blessing. He said that he had never felt anything like that and that was a true testimony of the priesthood to him and it was the most amazing thing that he has felt since he has been investigating. It was sad to here that he was going to look for other churches but i now know why it is so important to have deep roots in the gospel through prayer, scriptures, and through Church cause with out those, the miracles that we seen wont hold us steady for long it must be a continual process of conversion!
We also taught some other investigators this week we taught blake and daniel who were able to make it to church! they are in the same situation as some of my past companions who would be joining the church with no other family members and are scared to talk with there families and friends about it. I was able to share the story of my pass companion and how he went about it. the stories of people conversion can truly strengthen others in the process of conversion! I invite you all to write down your conversion stories whether member or convert, so that you may reflect on them and so your kids and family members can reflect of them when they are in times of need!
The weather this week was crazy it rained a lot of was freezing. We rode our bikes it the snow one day it was pretty awesome! i hope that you all have a great week! i love you all and always remember that the lord loves you! And that you are in the Place exactly where you need to be at this moment in time!
love ya

General Conference

Things are doing great up in Kalamazoo! the weather is bi-polar but things are going well! we have had some great experiences with week! but during gerneral conference is where i learned the most! i realized that i have a huge resposibility to be a father that teaches me kids about the importance of the Gospel! The power of the priesthood is really i truly know it is i know that with out it the vehicle of the church would never be able to move with out the priesthood! i love you all and i hope you have a great week!
