Hey everyone i hope that you are all having a great week! things have been going great here in michigan! one thing that has stuck out to me lately is the power of praying in Faith! Alma the younger was what you could call a anti mormon. Trying to tear down the church in any way possible! He was causing a lot of havoc to the church. While he was doing this one day an angel appeared unto him and the sons on Mosiah. Have you ever wondered why that angel appeared? Was it because they were being wicked ya possibly. what it because God sent him that is possible to. But the really Reason was because of what the angel told them when he visited them.
14 And again, the angel said: Behold, the Lord hath heard the prayers of his people, and also the prayers of his servant, Alma, who is thy father; for he has prayed with much faith concerning thee that thou mightest be brought to the knowledge of the truth; therefore, for this purpose have I come to convince thee of the power and authority of God, that the prayers of his servants might be answered according to their faith.
It was because the Prayers of faith that made the Angel come unto the Sons of Mosiah and Alma. I can promise In the Name of Jesus Christ that our prayers of faith can Change the aspect of anything we or others do and the reason that they do them! i encourage you all the study the section in Preach my Gospel about Patience and praying in faith and i know that as you do this things will change for the better i love you all and i hope that you have a great week! i know that our Heavenly Father is there to listen to us and Answer us sometimes it is just in his time and we have to be patient!
